1. What we collect

When you sign up for CORE we collect your email address and the assessment data you submit (goals, constraints, wearable preferences, training history). Authentication is handled securely via our backend provider and passwords are hashed — we never see them in plaintext.

2. How we use it

Your data is used to generate adaptive training plans and to improve the CORE coaching engine. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Database access is gated by row-level security so only you can read or modify your own records. Admin access requires two-factor authentication.

4. Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@corehq.com.
